Bubble Bee Car Wash – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Bubble Bee Car Wash (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our services, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.


 

1. Service Scope

Bubble Bee Car Wash provides hand car wash services, including exterior-only washes, interior wipe-downs, and premium cleaning packages. We do not offer engine cleaning, paint restoration, or mechanical services.


 

2. Assumption of Risk

Customers agree to use our services at their own risk. While we use trained professionals and premium materials, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, faded paint, loose trim, etc.)
  • Unsecured items that may be lost or damaged during cleaning
  • Any malfunctions of your vehicle’s sensors, cameras, or electronics (especially in EVs like Tesla)

 


 

3. Customer Obligations

  • Remove all personal belongings, valuables, and electronics before service.
  • Disclose any known defects or sensitive equipment (e.g., broken mirrors, sensors).
  • Vehicles must be presented in a reasonably clean state to avoid upcharges.

 


 

4. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle or customer for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Hazardous conditions (biohazards, infestation)
  • Excessive dirt/mud/oil requiring detail-level cleaning
  • Verbal abuse, unsafe behavior, or unreasonable expectations

 


 

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with the level of service
  • Weather changes after the service
  • Change of mind after booking or service initiation
  • Missed appointments or late arrivals

If a service issue arises, we may—at our sole discretion—offer a complimentary rewash within 24 hours if the complaint is valid and reported before the vehicle leaves the property.


 

6. Appointment & Late Policy

  • Appointments may be rescheduled up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled time.
  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late are considered no-shows and may be subject to cancellation without refund.
  • Walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed service during peak hours.

 


 

7. Damages and Claims

  • Claims must be made before leaving the premises. Once a vehicle leaves the property, Bubble Bee Car Wash is not liable for any claims of damage or dissatisfaction.
  • Any compensation or resolution is at our sole discretion and limited to a maximum of the amount paid for the wash service.

 


 

8. Photographic Evidence

We reserve the right to photograph your vehicle before and after service for liability purposes. These images may also be used for quality assurance or marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing.


 

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted and effective immediately.


 

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in Sacramento County, CA.
